開業4年で予約待ち、リピーター率9割のノウハウを貴女に教えます。
予約が取れない繁盛サロンになるまで・・・

まずは私のお店が繁盛するまでの経緯をお話ししたいと思います。

ネイリスト歴12年、今から6年前に今のプライベートネイルサロンを恵比寿にオープンしました。
８畳ほどのワンルームマンションで、駅近ではありましたが、看板も出せない所で、
隠れ家サロンといえば聞こえはいいですが、
お客様からも場所が分からないとご指摘を受けるほど、住宅街の場所にサロンはあり、
新天地の場所で０からのスタートでした。

サロンをオープンする前は出張ネイルをしておりましたので、なんとか生活はできておりましたが、明日お客様一人も来なかったらどうしよう…。
3週間先の予約が入らないと、来月大丈夫かな…と不安を抱え、たまにアルバイトをしながら模索した日々を過ごしておりました。

周りに立派な経営者の方達がおり、アドバイスもして頂いたのですが、中々うまくいきませんでした。

この時は、『お金に余裕があればアドバイスくれたことも出来るけど、お金がないから困ってるのに・・・』　『同情するなら金をくれ！』　と本気で思っておりました。（笑）
自分が悪いのに、人のせいにばかりしていたのです…。もちろん誰もお金はくれません。
このままでは貯金も底をついてしまう！と危機を感じました。

店舗経営者で、相談できる相手もいない状況でしたので
時間はあるけど、お金がない状況。さらには悪徳HP業者に騙されてしまい、
500万円の負債を抱えた時期もありました。その「500万円をなんとかしなくては!」と
ネットで色々な方のブログをみて真似たり、書籍を読み漁り、色々な事を試しては失敗しての繰り返していたある時期から、少しずつ変化があらわれ始めたのです。

ありがたい事にお客様のご予約をお断りする日々が続き、繁盛サロンへの仲間入りが出来るようになりました。　お待ち頂いているお客様もいる・・・スタッフを増やしてサロン拡大したい。と思いがありましたが、まだ500万円の返済は終わっていません。

もどかしい気持ちのまま、数ヵ月が過ぎ、返済にも目途がついてきたので、サロンと仲間探しを始め、
現在では3名の仲間が加わり、また、ご予約を制限する状況になりました。

一人で細々とサロン運営していた私が、恵比寿から徒歩3分の好立地にサロン拡大移転できたことに次々と知り合いから相談が来るようになったのです。

ランチやディナーの数時間でお話しして、集客できるようになる。
なんてそんな楽なビジネスは存在しません。
でも、確実に私より近道で集客できるようになる事は間違いありません。

ではいったい、集客するには、何をするべきなのでしょうか？これだけ情報が溢れかえっている時代、大事なのはいかに正しい情報を選んでいくか？という事だと思います。

色々なブログを見ながら独学で一所懸命集客をやってきました。

巷にも集客の本とか色々出ていますが、
うまくいかずホットペッパーや色々な媒体に高いお金を払って広告も出しましたが、結局思ったより、お客様は来てくれず、
「値段をもっと安くしないと来て頂けないのかな？」と値段を下げたら、
来店人数は増えたけどリピートにつながらない。客単価が安くなってしまったから、忙しいけど、売り上げは上がらず、不のループになっておりました。

もうなにをどこから初めていいのかわからない貯金もそろそろヤバイ状況になっていた所
石井さんを知りコンサルをお願いしたのです。

石井さんからアドバイスを受けたことで、お客様の気持ちもわかり、お客様に喜んで頂くために何をどうすればいいのかという事もだんだんとわかってくるようになりました。根本的に、自分のお店を見つめる良いきっかけになりました。

それから、お客様がリピートして下さるようになってお客様も順調に増えご予約を制限するまでになりました。

小手先のテクニックだけを教えたり、上っ面のことを並べて褒めるだけのコンサルとは違い

「実践できる」「結果がでる」ノウハウだという事は保証します。
ただ、アメブロをやる、チラシを置くという事だけでなく「なぜそれをやらないといけないのか？」という本質が大切なのだとわかりました。

もちろんアメブロでもHPでもやるべき作業はしっかりとやる必要はありますが、あとは機械的な作業で集客出来るようになってきます。

自宅で開業しましたが、マンションの一室だったことや、いずれ子供部屋が必要になるといった理由からいつかは店舗を借りて移転したいと考えておりました。

とはいえ、家賃を払えるだけの利益が継続的にだせるのか？という不安がありました。

お友達から石井さんを紹介してもらいコンサルをお願いしたことによって、念願の自宅サロンから駅近くの店舗サロンへ移転することが出来たのです。

始めに指摘されたことは「初回割引」に対するアドバイスでした。
石井さんは「安売りや割引はリピーターさんにやるべきで、初回に必要ない。」とおっしゃっておりましたが、私はどうしても腑に落ちなかったので、聞いてみました。

「リピーターさんに割引はわかるのですが、私だったら初めてマッサージを受けるサロンで金額が高ければ高いほど、手（技術）が合わなかった時後悔するほうが大きいです。なので、初めてで高額は出せないです。」といった所

「手（技術）が合わなかった時に後悔するのなんて、エステやマッサージに限らず飲食店なんかだってそうなのです。プロフェッショナルというのは後悔させないために日々努力をしているわけです。それを値引きという形でお客様と真剣勝負から逃げている時点で真剣にビジネスをやっているとは言い難いですね。普通に考えてもらえれば解ると思いますが、とある高級フレンチで『初めてのお客様にはお口に合うか分からないので割引で提供します。』と言っていたとします。

一方、別の高級フレンチでは、『初めてのお客様でも最高の料理と最高の空間で満足させます。』と言っていたとします。

どっちに行きたいですか？

マッサージと飲食は違うとか思わないでくださいね。お金を払う対象が違うだけで、プロセスは同じです。

相性があるのなんてみんなわかっています。相性があわなかったら来なくなるのだってわかっています。

そのリスクがあるからみんな成長していくのです。

お客様もお金というリスクを負って来店してくれるのだったら、自分もリスクを負わないとダメだと思います。

お客様にリスクを負わせたくないのでしたら、手（施術）が合わなかったら全額返金します。もしくは初回無料でやりますよ。　でいいと思います。」

とバッサリ切られました・・・。

が、プロフェッショナルというのは後悔させないために日々努力をしているわけです。それを値引きという形でお客様と真剣勝負から逃げている時点で真剣にビジネスをやっているとは言い難いですね。　の所がとても納得できました。

そして私は、経営者ではなくただの技術者で、　集客や売上の事まで考える経営者ではなかったことに気づかされました。

□集客に必要な2つの要素
あなたの状況を変えるために必要な「集客に必要な2つの要素」のお話をしたいと思います。

集客できる人というのは、この2つの要素を満たしていますし、逆に満たしていない人は集客できません。

もし、あなたが現時点で集客出来ていないと判断しているなら、おそらくどちらかが欠けているか両方欠けているのだと思います。

その2つの要素とは、

・正しい知識
・行動

です。

言われてみると「そうだよね」という話なんですけど…人間としての能力やパソコンスキルは関係ないです。

足りないのは能力ではなく、知識であって、知識は勉強さえ手に入れれば入れる事が出来ます。

正しい知識を持っている状態で行動すれば誰でも集客できるようになります。

ほとんどの人が間違った知識を手に入れてしまっていて、間違った常識に捉われているので、結果として売り上げが上がらないということになっています。

□クライアントが圧倒的な成果を上げる理由

「経営初心者が月商100万円を達成するための知識が手に入れられる」

からです。高卒でパソコンスキルもない私でも出来る、初級レベルの事を実践・行動するだけです。

□Q&A
１、パソコンが苦手でも大丈夫ですか？
パソコン操作が苦手な人ばかりでしたので、特に問題は有りません。
ただ、苦手なのをやらない言い訳にするような人は、何をやってもダメだと思うので苦手でもできる範囲で頑張るという当たり前のことが出来る人のみ申し込んでください。

２、作業は1日どのくらいの時間になりますか？
元々のお店の集客状況によるので一概には言えませんが、ある程度忙しい人でも1日1~2時間くらいは作業していると思います。
お店が忙しくない人はもっと作業していました。

３、継続することはできますか？
もちろん継続できます。
その方の状況にもよりますので、たとえばミーティングは月１でいいとか、
メール相談だけでいいとかある程度柔軟に対応いたします。

４、たった3ヶ月で月商が100万円もアップするんですか？
個人ビジネスの場合3ヶ月で100万円アップは難しいと思います。
2名ほど100万円アップはおりますが、他の方は１年くらい継続された方です。

そもそも、フルでお客様が入っても月商100万円に届かない設定にしている人も多いです。
